I usually take a nap in the afternoon, especially now that the days are pretty long and weather is so hot [outside]. I try as hard as I can (it's a lie. I don't try at all), not to sleep more than 30 minutes, or an hour at most, but I can't. I even set the alarm for an hour later when I go to sleep, but when it sounds, I turn it off and wake up an hour later
